UAE. Pakistani passport holders generally need a visit visa arranged before travel, through a UAE sponsor such as a hotel, airline or host company. Apply early and keep hotel and return-ticket details ready.
Schengen. Apply at the embassy or consulate of the country where you will spend most time. You can usually apply up to six months before travel and should apply at least 15 days ahead. Travel medical insurance with at least EUR 30,000 cover is required, plus an invitation letter, company letter and bank statements.
Go Global can check your documents and guide each application. Requirements change, so always confirm with the official source before you travel.
A good policy is short and clear. It should cover who approves travel, booking windows, cabin class by trip length or grade, hotel limits by city, per diems and expenses, visa and document responsibilities, safety and emergency contacts, and how exceptions are handled.
Review it once a year and make it easy to follow. GTOS, launching January 2027, will build these rules into booking and approvals.
Start at least two to three months ahead for groups. Collect passports and photos early, agree dates and hotel distance from the Haram, plan transport between Makkah and Madinah, and name a group leader. Avoid peak periods if budget matters, and share a clear daily plan with every traveller. Go Global arranges visas, flights, hotels and ground transport for groups.
